1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ShuffleCourt mobile application ("ShuffleCourt", "the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Permitted Use

ShuffleCourt is provided as an offline-first tournament, scoring, and rotation utility for personal, recreational, or league court sports use. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices that you own or control.

3. Local Data Storage & Backups

ShuffleCourt stores player records, match history, and group presets directly on your local device. Because ShuffleCourt does not transmit or back up your data to remote cloud servers, you are solely responsible for retaining any device-level backups.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Relapsed Studio does not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Relapsed Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use ShuffleCourt.
